Dr. H. M. Jahirul Haque is a distinguished academic leader, educator, and researcher with over three decades of experience in higher education, institutional leadership, and technology-driven innovation. Currently serving as the Vice Chancellor of the Canadian University of Bangladesh, he has been instrumental in driving academic excellence and sustainable growth. Prior to this, he led the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) as its Vice Chancellor.
Recognized internationally for his expertise in education and leadership, Dr. Haque has been invited as a keynote speaker and expert panelist at numerous prestigious forums worldwide. His insights on higher education management, educational technologies, and global academic collaboration have made him a sought-after voice among academic leaders, policymakers, and researchers.
A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Haque conducted research at UMASS Boston in 2018 and participated in a leadership exchange program as Shadow Deputy Vice Chancellor at Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia in 2016. His scholarly contributions span education and engineering, with numerous publications that underscore his reputation as a thought leader and advocate for innovative, quality education.
